  • We offer both preorders and walk-in sales. Preorders open every Monday at 6 pm for the upcoming week and can be placed through our webstore. For advance orders, you’re welcome to contact us via WhatsApp or email.

  • Our walk-in sales hours are as follows:

    • Tuesday to Friday: 10 am to 6 pm (or until sold out)

    • Saturday to Sunday: 10 am to 8 pm (or until sold out)

    You can refer to our Google listing for our operational hours, especially on public holidays. Feel free to check with us on Instagram for the availability of our bakes at any time; we’ll do our best to keep you updated on our Instagram stories!

  • We recommend preordering, but last-minute reservations can be made via Instagram or WhatsApp.

  • Deliveries are typically made between 1 pm and 6 pm. Please note that slight delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or peak season.

    We are unable to guarantee specific time slots due to multiple delivery locations each day. If you require your boxes to arrive at a specific time, we recommend opting for a direct courier service. Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist!

    Kindly note that a redelivery charge of $15 will apply for failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect address or if the driver is not granted access to the building).

  • Yes you may opt to collect your bakes from our store at HILLV2 Shopping Mall, 4 Hillview Rise #02-10, Singapore 667979.

    Collection time: 12nn to 545pm.

    If you are arranging for your own couriers to pick up your order, please provide them with your Name and Order ID.

  • Standard Delivery (per address) - S$9.90

    CBD, Sentosa & Tuas Delivery (Postal codes starting with 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, and 63) - S$12.90

    Kindly note that pricing for bulk/custom order differs and may range between ($18 to $24) depending on location.

  • Yes! Be it for a corporate order, wedding, or baby full month boxes, we are happy to be part of your events and celebrations! The lead time is at least 2 weeks. Please feel free to contact us!

  • Our products are freshly baked on the day of delivery/collection.

    For the best experience, we recommend same-day consumption.

    For longer storage, the baked goods can be kept refrigerated for up to 3 days.

  • No, our bakes are not Halal certified. We do not use products that contain pork or lard. Items that contain alcohol will be marked with an asterisk (*) on our menu. If you have any questions about specific products, feel free to ask!

  • Yes, our baked goods may contain common allergens such as almond flour, wheat, eggs, dairy, honey, peanuts, soy, and tree nuts. Items marked with an asterisk (*) contain alcohol.

    While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please note that we are not a nut-free facility. Our baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens, so there is a possibility of trace amounts being present in any of our items. If you have severe allergies, we recommend exercising caution. Please check with us if you have specific dietary intolerances or restrictions.

  • If you're ordering multiple boxes and would like us to help you pack specific items in certain boxes, we would advice you to submit each box as a new order. Should they all require delivery to one place, you can opt for delivery for your first order, and opt for self-collection for the subsequent orders. Do let us know your order ID and we will arrange for them to be delivered together.

    Another alternative is to have all the items created under 1 order, and then inform us via WhatsApp on how you would like your order to be packed.
