How do I place an order?

We operate mainly on a bake sale basis with a specific menu fixed for each month. Bake sale launch dates and details will be announced on our Instagram and Telegram platforms. All orders are to be placed via this link during the launch: https://shesellsseashellssg.cococart.co/ 

Kindly note that we are unable to accept preorders and reservations of boxes ahead of the launch.

 

Do you provide deliveries only or can I opt for self-collection?

We provide both deliveries and self-collection. Do select your preferred option when you check out. Deliveries are usually made between 2pm to 7pm. You may opt to collect your order at 630 Senja Road between 3pm to 6pm.

For orders with multiple locations/addresses, kindly drop us an email at hello@shesellsseashellssg.com after placing your order as our website is only able to process one delivery address and fee per order.

Please take note that additional delivery fee applies.

 

What are your delivery rates?

Fees (per address) -

Within Bukit Panjang & Choa Chu Kang - S$5.50
Island wide (excludes CBD, Tuas & Sentosa) - S$7.50
CBD (Downtown, Marina Bay, Raffles Place & Tanjong Pagar) - S$12

 

Do you accept bulk / corporate orders?

We do accept bulk / corporate orders for events if our schedule permits. Please feel free to send in your enquiries to hello@shesellsseashellssg.com or drop us a DM on Instagram.

 

How long can the baked goods be kept for?

Our products are freshly baked on the day of delivery/collection and are best enjoyed on the day itself. As the baked goods do not contain any preservatives, please consume them within 48 hours. A detailed storage care guide is printed on the box.

 

Are your bakes Halal certified?

No, our bakes are not Halal certified. Some of our bakes may contain alcohol.

 

Do you have nut-free or gluten-free options?

Please take note that the bakes contain one or more of the following allergens: wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, almond flour/nuts, alcohol. Our current range are not gluten-free but we may work on it soon to bring you gluten-free options in the near future. Please check with us if you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions or intolerances.
