Signature Matcha & Yuzu Madeleines
Our original creation made with a combination of three different types of Marukyu-Koyamaen matcha powder. They come together wonderfully that is fitting for both matcha and non-matcha lovers as it offers a well-balanced taste that doesn't come off too intense. Beautifully glazed with aromatic Suntory's Roku Gin (non-alcohol option available) and dusted with some matcha powder that gives it our signature look. Bits of sweet and tart yuzu peels can be found within to give this madeleine an intriguing taste that keeps you coming back for more. Buttery financier topped with a slightly salty and delightfully umami sakura flower. These delicate cakes are lightly infused with the scent of cherry blossoms too!

Masala Chai & Valrhona Chocolate Financiers
This French almond cake has a good balance of chai spices and luxurious Valrhona dark chocolate. Dried figs are added for texture and complements this mysterious dark one wonderfully.
